SAFMC, MAFMC and PFMAC fishing closures

The SAFMC, headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, is one of eight regional boards of fishing in the United States. If they close the season on theses fish it will pretty well stop most anglers from even attempting to fish.? They continue to pursue a total bottom fishing closure in an area from Cape Canaveral, Florida north to Georgia.
