The Jacksonville Offshore Sport Fishing Club's 11th Annual "El Cheapo" Sheepshead Tournament out of the Mayport Public Boat Ramp at Mike Scanlan Park in Jacksonville, Florida, will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011. Entry fee is $60.00 per boat.? First place is a 2011 15' center console Carolina Skiff with a 30 HP 4 stroke Mercury on a galvanized trailer from Wilson Trailers, plus a replica sheepshead taxidermy mount from Strike Zone Fishing.
